Given Adam Lambert’s performance during Sunday’s American Music Awards, I must say I was a bit surprised by this new clip.

Although he had over three minutes to “interpret the lyrics” of his own song in his own video, this video for “For Your Entertainment” was surprisingly tame. Oh sure - you could

quickly

glimpse a few provocative moments here and there, but it they weren’t as obvious as this weekend’s simulated oral sex moment.

So now I’m left confused. Why would Lambert hold back here? Was Adam simply doing on live TV what he wasn’t allowed to do in the video?

Michael BubleMichael Buble had to catch a fan who fainted in his arms.

The “Haven’t Met You Yet” hitmaker delighted the mystery woman by stopping to chat with her - but she passed out after being overcome by his presence. Buble admits that has happened to him before.

“I’d just finished a show and was outside having a cigarette and a drink. This girl about 22 or 23 started talking. I could tell she was nervous, we exchanged pleasantries and then she passed out and I caught her!” he recalled. “A minute later she came round and just looked at me and said, ‘Oh God, what have I done?’ She was so embarrassed. That’s actually happened twice now.”

The singer always enjoyed being stopped and recognized by fans and doesn’t understand why other stars complain about the attention fame attracts.

“Sometimes people recognize me - I like it, it’s nice. I wanted to be famous and this is what comes with it. I’ve always been passionate about music but of course I wanted to be famous. To me, being successful at singing equaled fame,” he said.

U2 are scheduled to headline the Glastonbury Festival next year.

The music event’s organizer Michael Eavis has signed up the Irish rockers - Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. - to perform for the first time at the world famous festival which celebrates its 40th anniversary next year.

“Everyone is over the moon that the deal has been done. Michael really wanted a huge name for the 40th anniversary and the fact U2 have never played Glastonbury in their 32-year career only adds to the mystique,” a source said.

The “Get On Your Boots” hitmakers - who will headline the festival on Friday June 25, in Somerset, England - have been in discussions with Michael, 74, for some time.
